I'...Hi Lindsey, thank you for your kind review. I'm glad you enjoyed The Daughter of Highland Hall and are reviewing it for girls. My husband often speaks at homeschool conference, and we are always pleased to meet so many teen girls who enjoy my books. I think many of the issues my heroines face are relevant to teen girls today. I try to keep them in mind as I write. I'm just finishing the next book in the series, A Refuge at Highland Hall. It's set during WW1, so I think readers will enjoy learning about the war in France and England as well as following events in the Ramsey family and their loyal staff. Penny steps forward as the heroine in this book and Lydia play a major role as well. The hero is a brave British pilot.
