What is
it about Bane that I just love? He shone over the connecting book’s characters,
in my opinion. Is it because of the hopeful and wistfulness of his redemption
that a reader can see? Oh, yes, Bane is a favorite of mine. Due to my interest
in different languages, I liked Lydia’s character as well. (Not quite as much
as Bane, of course, but I appreciate different cultures and languages being mentioned
in a Christian fiction book.) This was my second time reading this novel and I
would venture to say it’s in my top favorite by this author, if not the top
one.
