My personal Rating-
Well, that was intense! My heart was racing from the beginning to the end. I honestly wish there had been a fourth book in this series about Shaley’s life after all of this. Hopefully not suspenseful, though. Just a calm life for the poor girl! I am glad that in this final book there wasn’t a lot of sexual content or mentions…that stalker was wacko enough! Definitely not a series for everybody.

My personal Rating-
Counting right on from where the first book left off, “Last Breath” had me on the edge of my seat. I did enjoy this book more than #1 due to no killings, but there was still some intense moments in this one. I’m not quite sure how I feel about the ending, I do wish there was more Spiritual Content, but for a smaller book, there was a decent amount.

My personal Rating-
Intense? Yes.
Suspenseful? Definitely.
Did I like it? Somewhat.
It’s the first book by Brandilyn Collins I’ve read, and she’s definitely got the whole suspense/action parts down pat. I’m not really a fan of seeing/reading the point of view of the villain, so those parts were not really enjoyable for me. While I understand the authors wanting to give the serious of the situation, all the blood and gore got to be more than a bit much in my opinion. The ending left a great intro into the next book, though, and I’m curious about what will happen. :)
