My personal Rating-
This was a really sweet devotional prayer book! I think it would be best for ages 8-12 because it’s more on the younger side with the topics of friends, drama, and popularity, but I still enjoyed it and those a bit older could possibly use it as a companion book to their Bible reading.

There’s a sections with handful of devotionals under each topic (Friends, Family, Relationship with God, Attitude, Beautiful in Him, Peer Pressure, Good Choices, Hard Work, Salvation in Jesus, Growing Up, Tough Stuff, Joy and Thanksgiving, Serving, Big Stuff Ahead!, The World Around Me, Trust, Ups and Downs, & Discoveries).

I have to add that I really liked that the devotional titled “Modesty” didn’t only mention clothing and outward appearance. It also mentioned about not wanting to use bad words or make dirty jokes. The prayer is asking to be pure and spotless in every area of the girl’s life.

A pro and con to this devotional would be that it’s a bit basic as it only has a prayer and Scripture. That’s a pro because there’s no possibility of twisting Scriptures like in other devotionals that expand on one verse for a couple paragraphs, but can also be a con because it’s not a very in-depth devotional, if you’re looking for that. It was still a cute devotional, though, and I liked a lot of the prayers.
