My personal Rating-

Unlike the rest of the series that have only the prologue and the epilogue in the modern  setting and the rest of the book in the historical time period, this final book is completely set in the modern time period. Throughout this series, we’ve seen “Grand Doll” (a grandma) tell her multiple granddaughters about young girls in their family’s history, but this book is featuring the oldest granddaughter and recaps the lessons of the prior books. Because of remembering those books, I was a little bored with this one, but I did appreciate all of the faith content and Scriptures shared. While I still have the bonus book to read next month (I saved it for Christmas time), this has been a solid and faith-filled series, ones I definitely recommend for middle-grade readers!

See y’all on Friday with a new review!
