Hi y’all!
Happy 1st day of 2015! I can’t believe it’s
2015! Where are our flying cars?!
Here are our Highlights & Top Books from 2014! Every
month has a top favorite book(or books) we reviewed that month; to go to the review click the cover!
Otherwise, to go to what we’re talking about, click the words that are a different color then the rest.
In January, some stuff happened but nothing super-duper
exciting.
In February, we reviewed (and fangirled about) “Roadside Assistance” by Amy Clipston and the
sequel “Destination Unknown”.
In March, we changed our reviewing system. Instead
of doing just My Personal Rating it was voted (by three people. ;) ) to have a
rating for each age range. Pre Teens, New Teens, Early High School Teens, Older
High School Teens and then, My Personal Rating. We also counted down to meeting Beverly Lewis!
April was a big month for BFCG!
- We met Beverly Lewis,
- Had our One-Year Birthday on the day we met Amy Clipston,
- Made a delicious recipe from the novel “A Beauty So Rare” by Alexander (we also reviewed it the first of April as well!),
- The Famous “Book List” tab came out! (I’m guessing on this one..I think it was April…)
- Our First Liebster Award Nomination!
In May, We made your life 1000% easier! We finally made the “Books for Each Age Tab!”. Plus, we joined Instagram! (@lindseyfrombfcg). Best WWII book (“For Such a Time” by Kate Breslin) I’ve
ever read was also reviewed in this month.

a bit of books!
In August, two great books with the word “Jupiter” in the title were reviewed! Hands-down best Dystopia book ever was “Jupiter Winds” by C.J.Darlington. Then teen-historical “Chasing Jupiter” by Rachel Coker.
In September, an awesome Devotion for Teen Girls, “Spoken For” by Robin Jones Gunn & Alyssa Bethke was reviewed.

In November, our “About” tab changed. We also did a
bit of fangirling over “The Princess Spy” by Melanie Dickerson. We changed it up a bit with a post about Music!

In December, Our Lord and Savior is celebrated in
this month! We celebrated by posting eleven reviews, a yummy recipe and brought y’all into our
house on Christmas day!
Lindsey, this post is great! I saw your comment over on the Bethany blog, where I had put my "best of" link. I see you everywhere now and I love it!!
