ReplyDeleteWell, in this season I have learned that It is important to follow God´s commandments but not in a rule-like manner; instead knowing that God is a person and we should please Him in our manner of living.

ReplyDeleteMy favorite thing about this Christmas was family time together.
ReplyDeleteThe best thing that happened for Christmas was watching my mother(who has Alzheimers and Parkinson's Disease) tell the great- grandchildren the stories her mother told her. She remembered them verbatim. She did not even look at the notebook which contained the stories. Such a great, wonderful treasured memory. A new generation heard the story of "The Missionary Doll" among other stories.
ReplyDeleteThe two books I would like to see a review on are Margaret Daley "Second Chance Family" and K.D. McCrite "Cliques, Hicks, and Ugly Sticks"
ReplyDeleteMy favorite thing this Christmas was being all together with my family. :) Every year, we say, "This could be our last year just us together." And Lord willing, it will be so, as my brother is engaged. So, though I greatly look forward to spending next Christmas with an added sister, I also enjoyed having a delightful time with my family.
ReplyDeleteGreat giveaway!
ReplyDeleteFavorite thing was relaxing as a whole family!
